Vining succulent with pea-shaped leaves. From east Africa's natural desert habit. Also called string of beads or string of peas, and is a species of the Asteraceae, or daisy family. Plants do produce white flowers in spring, especially if pollinated. Plant is naturally a ground cover, terrestrial variety and strings can grow several feet long.

Not safe for pets; plants are toxic if ingested.

Our varieties are established using a custom blend of Cactus soils.

Thrives in bright, indirect sunlight and prefers warm climates above 70 degrees Fahrenheit and with low humidity.

Plant is sensitive to overwatering and prefers soil that is light, airy, and free draining. Recommended to check the soil by touching it with your fingertip before watering, about every week or so. Fully soak the plant, let it completely drain, and set it back in it's warm, sunny spot.
